Welcome to the Communities for Telecom Rights (CTR) Pressroom. CTR is a multi-lingual network community-based organizations established in 2003. More than 50 community based organizations participated in this project.  In total, they spoke more than a dozen languages and were trained to help limited-English or monolingual consumers resolve fraudulent billing practices and other issues.
